i actually don't think i lost hardly any muscle...

these are from like april, i think... my waist has def. got smaller, but it doesn't look like i've lost that much muscle

24 hour fitness somewhere in the south bay... there are like 5 right around here (torrance, manhattan beach, hermosa... but i've never been to that one, LAX, and hawthorne, iirc)
i just usually go to the manhattan one, though, b/c it's right across the street from my job
just like any area, there's good parts and bad parts... i live in a good part (pretty much right at the bottom of the hill where rolling hills/palos verdes starts)

pfft... i'm growing out my hair
i'll be on swing shift (2:30 - 11:00) through next summer, so since i don't have to do any management type stuff and customer interfaces, i'm gonna be t-shirt and jeans and see how long my hair can get
plus, it was late and i just took a hat off
