Should easily pull submoa in that
Have you actually been able to shoot there? It seems that they are always booked up well in advance. They take appointments/reservations for rifle lanes, so call ahead.
wish my bass pro had one, they only have the bow range
Yea got a reservation next week at 9am on Tue
I must see pictures of this range.
Do they have limitations on what you can shoot?
I'd like to see someone fire a Mosin indoors.
BPS in Grapevine (DFW) has a 100 yard range and have a variety of shooting "aids" to assist in getting things sighted in. On the "lead sled" my 10FP shot an insanely tight group (Sub MOA) on a 5 shot string. I know they allow 308 as well as anything smaller, they don't have a posted list, they just ask you what you're shooting and tell you if it's ok.
When I took the AR there with my YHM Comp/Brake it was insanely loud, the guys in the gunsmith room adjacent to the tube but on the other side of the glass were having to wear hearing protection.
I didn't know they had a range. I go there fairly often.
They allow up to a 375 H&H Magnum Imagine the percussion
i know mine has a 25 and 50. idk about 100
Gotta love shooting in the tunnel in Grapevine. Makes .223 sound like .308 and makes .308 sound like a M44 with a brake...
Ever notice the cracks in the glass over the bench?
Ya ouch. I feel the need to double up on ears in pistol only indoor ranges, I can't imagine being near high powered rifles in the same setting. What's the setup btw? Is it just stalls or do the have benches as well. I always found benches being a neccesity for using any kind of long gun
This was at 75ft, basically theres a switch where you select what light you want turned on. Also a good test to see how crap your scope is or isnt at a 100yds, with my accupoint it was clear as day. And theres only one shooter which you have to reserve time to shoot, and they have a a full caldwell benchrest there if you want to use that
Looks like a fucking sewer.
or a well
It's commonly referred to as "the rifle tube".
I was expecting something real baller, like the NRA range.
