I was closing in on 300lbs too.
Find a local University or community college and talk to someone. If you are charismatic and coherent you should be able to work out some type of deal to get into their gym at a decent rate upon explaining your situation (unpaid intern, current student at some other college).
thug workout was mentioned in that previous thread, i believe. you didnt follow orders.
THug workout son, time to do some motherfuckin pullups...
How do I keep my dl up with the thug workout?
Watch this, take notes.
Go to local playground.
Take out notes, do exercises.
Get money, money.
Buy a Geo Metro, put some lowering springs on it and handles on the rear bumper...should be good to go then.
that'd be sweet
The thug workout isn't going to help my dl.
ok since u bumped your own thread AGAIN- i got to ask...
you're so worried about lifting but can't get a membership cuz you're gonna be broke and etc, how are you gonna eat?
and why didn't you think of this earlier when u decided on this internship
sounds like a determined lifter... i would put the membership on a CC and pay it off later... paying off 300-500 later shouldn't be that hard... find a CC with 0% APR for the first year FTW
Where are you interning? Lots of the big companies and agencies in DC have gyms in house or have discount deals with local gyms.
Yea, there's a gym in our building. It's worse than the one in my apartment.
Parents are willing to fund my eating, they don't see why I need a gym when I have to pay $500 for the gym in my apartment complex.

yeah im always determined to find a way.
heck i lifted semi drunk in vegas when i was there.
when i travel for work, i always check for gyms, and if there isn't a decent one, i'll plan ahead and make it fit around my off days
do what u gotta do bro... and adjust
