I excercise around 4-5 days a week (cardio 30 minutes everyday, and lift my whole body varying each day). Overall, I am semi-pleased with where my body is at. There are areas where I could tone up/lose fat. 1 area I want to really lose the 'fullness' to is my face. My cheeks are huge and I don't know what to do. What would help me achieve losing weight there? Concentrate more on cardio, or more on weight training?
