Critiqute my foodage plz This will be a basic idea of my bulking diet for when I start christoper's routine. (I'm priming my stomach as we speak ) I think that's a decent amt of calories for bulking (I'm 185 right now), but I could probably use more. Maybe a second PBJ sammich during the day?
