I have been at 310lbs and am currently around 272. My goal by Christmas break is 250. My ultimate goal is to be around 220 which I hope to be by summertime. I have never lifted my shirt in public, even in front of my best buddies. Going wakeboarding, swimming, etc I have always worn a shirt even until this day. I have never snapped any pictures from before so I decided I will start now. So this is me about 10 minutes after waking up at 6'4'' 272ish with about ~1.5 months on/off working out. I have not worked out in about a week and a half. I know you guys do not like the whole bulk cutting down thing but I think I am doing ok. I am trying everything of reps of 15, and on a lets try to eat good diet. I bike to school, gym, and back. That is all the cardio I have been doing but will start to do more cardio about 30min after weights. I only lift weights 3 times a week as I just started and am pretty sore afterwards for a couple days. When my body gets used to it I plan to up it to 5 times a week. Anyways onto pics. Is there a way to make them stronger without making them bigger? I think they are big enough but I still want them to be stronger. Thanks guys.
