I do a lot of walking and recently, my knees have started hurting. I haven't been doing anything for the last 10 days because I was trying to get it to go away, but it's not. I'm only 23. I just started to ice it down for 15 minutes every few hours and I am now taking Aleeve. I just want to this heal. Any ideas? I'm pretty certain it was caused by bad footwear and a bit of a limp due to blisters. Once it heals, I'll strengthen my muscles and knees in the gym so it won't happen again.
