I just started to walk 2.5 miles every evening at 6:00. First day was OK, second day my legs were a little sore all down the back of my legs, third day they got real sore. Today it seems that all the pain in my legs went to the top of my foot/bottom of my shin section on both legs. It hurts pretty fucking bad. I will down some Tylenol tomorrow before work and hope for the best and mabye it will go away. I guess I am posting this because I want to know if this is normal. I have a theory on why this could be happening as well. I am thinking that since the trail I am walking/running on is uneven and sandy at spaces it is working the muscles around my ankles a little too hard.
