Don't worry, you first have to love yourself, in order for you to love and help other people.
Don't stress yourself in order to talk to other people, nobody can have a good time in that way. Try to have a cozy time, people don't talk to eachother to have additional stress, but to have a great time and share some good moments together.
Life will never be 100% positive.
What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger (yes I am a firm believer in this)

Ahh...I used to feel exactly this way all the time. Bad times were they norm and good times were just brief pauses so you better enjoy them cuz the bad times are right around the corner.
As I've aged, I've learned that good times come and good times go...bad times come and bad times go. For a time I may experience one more than the other but I actually have more power in which one I experience then I realize. Often, my supposed bad times are really just me making poor decisions....so I can change my decisions. There are times when I am truly powerless over the bad times and then I just try to ride out the storm.
However, I'm always looking for ways to turn my present state from bad to good.....I've found many, many ways to do this. If you are constantly suffering from depression, seek professional help. There are many medications these days that can do wonders. Don't suffer in silence because life will pass you bye....it's sooo unnecessary also. g/l
