It is fake. It is a set in Culver City and the site is owned and operated by Reality Kings/Bang Bros.

There isn't really true amateur porn. Most of it is produced and owned by a major company and simply spun off and used in the amateur market for that customer subset.

I'm sure the casting for Dare Dorm is difficult and certainly not something I would want to do. But RK has the resources for casting something like that.

As I understand it they are very upfront with what happens in the shoots. They also advertise looking for models all over wanting to get into porn. I would imagine they probably don't pay a ton more. They are on the low end of the production scale.
