Now ever since I was young, I've always been skinny and tall. Ive always been active, played football and basketball a good portion of my life and worked out. After I graduated high school (7 years ago) I sort of let myself slip. I worked out in college, but nothing extreme, and I had a few jobs that were demanding (stocker etc.), but now that I have an office job, I have really started to notice a weight increase and Im not happy with it.

So its time to make a change.

All through high school I was about 185lbs. Im 6'4".

The last time I checked I was in the 230's range, but I dont have an exact measurement. However, this is not muscle, it is fat and it has really started to show in my stomach, love handles and yes upper chest regions.

    Phase 1.

    1. Remove all soda from diet.
    2. Remove all nightly snacks from diet.
    3. Don't eat until I'm overly full and smaller portions.
    4. Walking 45 minutes every night at least 5 nights per week.
    5. Relax a bit on the beer.
    6. Start working on some upper body lifting.

    Phase 2.

    1. Coming soon.

I'm going to try to keep up with documenting my progress here. I think that will help keep me motivated. Ill put up some pictures of the before when my gf gets back into town with my camera and Ill get some accurate weight measurements this weekend.
