looking to cut a bit of weight. coming in at 5-09 212lbs. had a PT estimate me at about 21% bodyfat, most being gut weight. i couldnt sleep so i decided to hit the gym. note, im not aiming to get ridiculously big, as long as i can bench well over my bodyweight for one rep im content. im more focused on cutting weight to about 175-185 06/08/09 Bench (barbell) 150 x 15 150 x 12 150 x 10 100 x 10 for warm up incline (weakest area) 85 x 12 for three sets cable flies 50lbs x 3 sets of 12 dips 1 set till i couldnt do anymore. PWO can of tuna, handful of grape tomatoes (im out of whey, gotta get some more).
