Nice. You are soooo lucky you don't live in California...
Hell, if that were the case, I'd get my ass out! I don't have a single complaint about SC's gun laws. Life is good...
And thank you!
Why did you want a 11.5?
It isn't. It is 14.5 M4 profile w/ a reverse flash hider.
That's pretty cool... Maybe once I have like the 5 other guns I want I'll build one.
very nice buddy!
things i can ID:
GG&G side-sling adapter
SF FMxx filter
NOT a KAC side-sling adapter, whose is that?
KAC rail panels
ARMS SWAN sleeve
AMRS aimpoint mount (forget the model number)
Aimpoint of sorts
china marker (that's like putting a wing on a ford taurus. it's silly-looking)
hogue pistol grip
another GG&G sling thing.
bi-pods on a 16" rifle
Can someone explain to a liberal, tree hugging Canadian like me what all that stuff is and what they do?
I play FPS a lot and the M4 with an M203 grenade launcher is just about all I know of this gun.
What's the little thing under the barrel? It looks like a flash light attachment. The scope is easy enough to understand, as is what looks like a silencer on the tip of the barrel (according to Counter Strike game) and that big cynlinder shaped thing.. only god knows what that may be.
Here are the parts i do know.
I dont recognize what collapsable stock that is, what rail system is on it, and what flash hider.
the thing on the barrel is not a silencer it is a flash suppressor.
How far down are the threads on that FS? Are they in the middle of it?
You can put a bipod on anything. That doesn't mean it makes sense to do so.
A 14.5 inch barrel on a 5.56 rifle will provide reliable fragmentation of most ammo with a cannelure out to about 100 - 110 yards. Beyond that you are punching .22 sized holes. A bipod on a 14.5 in AR would add a more weight to a rifle that is meant to be used up close.
In a pinch you can go prone and use the front grip as a monopod.
Yep. All the ones I have seen slip over the barrel with threads in the middle.
On a 14.5 inch barrel it would have to be permanently attached unless the rifle was a registered SBR.
Gun not complete.........
......you need a DIAS
M4geries look like toy guns.
Get a 20", you pinko commie.
the ARMS BUIS is basically a #40 permanently mated with a long, continuous rail. it's called the SWAN sleeve. it's on my list. i missed the single point sling attachment, though.
