i thought it had to be next day?
There arent any laws in place that state a firearm has to be shipped in X amount of time, only company policies, which you can choose to ignore. And honestly, after seeing some of the goons that work at the UPS shipping hub, I'd much rather not tell them I'm shipping a firearm.
Also alot of the times FFL's are exempt.
Yeah, Next Day if YOU are shipping it. FFL's I don't think have any restrictions on time limit.
FFL to FFL is exempt.
He could have mailed it though USPS to for a lot cheaper than FedEx.
USPS doesn't allow pistols to be sent through them.

I'd call the fedex police and file a report.
I mailed my last two pistols and my rifle through USPS
