I started working out a couple months ago with the intention to lose weight and get fit. Im probably more fit but I actually gained weight. My main annoyance here is that my legs have gotten bigger, particularily in my upper quads between the sacs (yes the ones hanging). So now my legs are rubbing against each other all the time, i even have marks there now. My routine is the 5x5 which relies heavily on squats. Is there any way to get strong legs but not have my legs rubbing against each other?
