I pulled 100lbs my 3 inch DB last night.
fuckin aye man. when I'm out and about I may go to home depot and make some big fat handled buckets tomorrow.

not really. 3 inches is a little to thick for inch training. 3" is a little better for helping with the sweep of a gripper. But im prolly like 50 lbs or something away from the inch which is a lot.
got ya, you getting certed anytime soon on the 3?
no way. Im still way to inconsistant with it. I have a long time to go. I was trying some CC sets last week and was getting back to 1/2-1/4 inch. Certing is still many months away.
That sucks, at least your close and making progress. I still havent clicked the #2 (about 1/2 inch off) but I think the #3 is definatly possible for me.
I think its possible for most strenght athelets if they put time into it.
