ive made good progress since than.. i really didnt have much muscle.., my chest and arms are terribly weak compared to my legs, my max bench at that time was 145 once , now im at 180 three times
play both college basketball and college football... hopefully go pro.. im 6'3 and weigh 205
you got small bones, that's a start
At my leanest it gets under 27" when measured first thing in the morning.
26 1/2" was the smallest. Add at least an inch though after a meal or so.
