i dunno, when I goto my local Fry's, there's like 9 double wide rows to choose from...
what do you think?
I second that.
an asus from newegg that fits your price range
sorry, i didn't even include the price range. it is for my brother and he's looking to spend up to $600.
i looked at the lenovo website and i couldn't find anything about laptops running XP there. so, i can just get one and put XP on it, but i've seen people tear their hair out over stupid laptops that don't have XP drivers when they came with Vista (in this case it was a shitty Sony laptop, but still makes me cautious).
i don't have Fry's in my area, though from hearing about it it sounds pretty cool.
My Thinkpad W500 came loaded with XP Pro and discs/key for Vista Business.
