Hi guys, I seldom ever even come into this section of the forum but I need abit of help if someone would give a little of thier time. You see I've been struggling with weight all my life, at my peak I was 350 as a freshman in high school. That sucked.. even more so I was diagnosed with gynecomastia around the age of 13.. I wont even get into the psycological damage that a combination of highschool and gynecomastia left me with, but I joined the football team and I got down to around 225, a healthy 225 - I was perfect with it. However that was 5 years ago and getting into the real working world I've had no time for fitness training. Now I'm back up to around 260, and my gynecomastia isn't exactly helping the situation, that just makes me look bigger than what I am in the first place. Going to the gym is strictly out of the question, gynecomastia has left me scar'd for LIFE due to high school and I simply will not be a mockery of a gym room, I dont need to get into anymore fights - I'm sick of it. I really don't know anything at all about nutrition but from what common sense tells me you need to use up more calories than you take in to loose weight, cant I do this just buy eating healthy? Also I've heard eating 5 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going is good as well.. however like I said I'm a fish out of water when it comes to health junk, so I wouldn't know. Eating organic shit is out of the question, I'm sorry, it's just disgusting. I really would like some help so please don't take some kinda.. vegan offense or something. I just find organic food to be rather nasty. Can anyone help?? CLIFFS: Overweight, need a diet plan and a basic understanding of "healthy food" so I can better myself.
