Someone give me a good tasting one please.
8 fl.oz. filtered water
1/3 Cup plain protein powder or about 55 grams
½ ripe mango
2 Tbsp. Flax seed, freshly ground
2 ice cubes (from filtered water)
Blend and serve
2 cups eggs whites
4 tablespoons natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 scoops creatine
1 cup pecan halfs
1 cup water
2 teaspoons greens plus
4 scoops of protein powder - choc
I have to try this. Ill try it after I get done wokring out. What is greens plus though?
Found this too guys. Really cool. Currently drinking one of the shakes I got off of that.
its basically all the good shit from vegetables, but in powder form
Can you buy it at a supermarket like albertsons?
my super shake is a little different
1 cup milk
1 scoop muscle milk
2 TBSP oatmeal
1 scoop whey protein
1 TBSP naturally more PB
dash of cinamon
2 tsp powdered green shit (cant remember the name)
chocolate whey (mass meal is even better)
