SO, is there a CMS or web software that can allow users to make a help desk ticket, and have that ticket sent to a person depending on which categories you choose? Asking if anyone know of a webware like this. If you find me something i will

kayako licks nuts. we have a client who uses it and it sucks. slow, unable to pull statistics, if the same user emails in, it keeps bumping their ticket.... Not worth it!

We use Redmine as our project management / collaboration tool, you might want to give that a look and see if it suits you.

Osticket is perfect, very easy to make changes to, not a lot of stuff I don't need.

Osticket, doesn't have enough... I need something that will allow me to run reports on tickets submitted, something that keeps stats.

    Any Ideas?

I was looking into that today, after my 3 hour search for an open source ticket system with reporting...
