Im looking to slim down some and not really sure how to approach it. Ive been told cardio is the way to go. Im not really looking to gain muscle/get stronger. Im just trying go get rid of some fat around my chest and abs. Im around 190-200 and Id like to get down to 180 if possible. I plan on joining a gym at the end of the week. What sort of exercises should I do to aid in this?
