My son has been working out for about 10 months now and he's really starting to make some progress, I think. He started out as a couch potato and didn't do much other than play video games all day and hang out with his friends. He doesn't have a job and does not go to school. Right now he's home-schooled, but his mom and I will probably put him in a regular school at some point. I was hoping you guys could give me some advice on a program to put him on. I read the stickies but didn't see anything that would be applicable to him. His diet is consists of a lot of protein - he actually likes the taste of raw meat, so we usually just throw a steak in his cage around dinner time.
