Ive done chest flys for a lil while now and dont see any gains.
ok try incline bench for a week and if your chest doesn't grow 10 inches you must have the clap

I started with the bench press for months and couldnt get above 150lbs. Then moved to the flys for about 4 weeks now. I eat fruits and vegtables and lots of chicken. An average diet without junk.
Its not always what you are doing in the gym for your chest thats wrong, often times its a combination of diet and rest, as well as the timing in your weekly training split.
Ive gotten stuck on chest before, because I was either
- Working Tris too close to chest (the day before or the day after)
- Working shoulders too close to chest (same as above)
Each of these muscles are secondary muscles in your chest routine. Are you working either too close? are you not working one of these enough, or in an exteme situation, at all?
All the noobs want a big chest...... Theres more to it than the work on chest day.

he doesn't need my advice with chest, look at mine. Honestly though, that is the exact shape of mine and it's next to impossible to actually make it look good. There is no muscle connected below the nipple, so it will look triangular all his life unless he is some freak and his chest mutates

So are you saying that the clap interfere's with muscle growth. Thats been my problem all along!

thats my routine of a chest workout. i dont have a enorous chest, but i started from scratch and im getting there.
also watch the chest vid that someone posted eariler. very informative if your trying to build a nice chest
im just glad i dont have those chest genetics....thats all i can say about that. thats gonna take ALOT of work to make that chest look big.
