I got a friend of mine in Iraq right now and I would like to get a hold of him via email, however I don't have his email. A month before he was scheduled to leave, I meet up with him for a barbeque and he said that he hasn't received his email address yet until his company got in Iraq.

Last known base in the states was at camp pendleton, san diego. Is there a way I can find him through his job/what core he's in and through his name all together? Or am I fucked?

Just want to keep him laughing and hopes up high in a fucked up country of where's he's at now.:bigthumb:

If his last known base was Camp Pendleton, then he's probably Marine Corps.

I guess I'll try that then. I didn't know if there was like a public resource that one can access that could find the individual to contact or not. Thanks for your help. :)

There is Marine On-Line but you need an account. You can PM me his name and I'll look it up for you. Also, we use NMCI so it will look like ****@nmci.usmc.mil

I'm thinking that disclosing private information, especially when obtained from a military system, is probably not a real good idea.

I would suggest you send his friend an email if you are able to find him in MOL. Let him know who is trying to contact him and let him decide whether he wants to share his contact info or not.
