k, just started lifting, problem is the gym is pretty limited. It's free, part of the secured community I live on. I just started, on Creatine, down there 5-6 days a week. I hadn't been for years, before it was general fitness. Now I'm looking to gain my stamina back and aim for being a lot stronger. We have a multi gym with 5 different points or whatever. A treadmill, bike, a thing for the abs that can be raised or lowered. and a crappy dumb bell set that only goes up to 5 kg. Need a beginners routine, perhaps a web site that can show me how to improvise a little better with what I have got to work with. Will post pics of what I have to work with later or tomorrow. BTW - and good links on how to take Creatine would be great.
