I'm 5"11 and 215. I look fine except for my stomach and chest, which look sloppy. I don't lift weights, but work as a bricklayer, which is 10 hours a day of lifting while bent over. The extra weight is causing my back to be sore even when not working. I have no idea of the types of foods i should be eating, but what i'm eating now is likely not it. Any help would be appreciated. If it helps or not, i'm 35.
