I'm having a hard time deciphering what I'm supposed to be taking. I lift every other day. I want something that can feed my muscles what they need but I also need something that I can drink every day as a meal replacement. In the past I've tried Muscle Milk, which I love, but it's a lot more calorie heavy than ON Whey (for example). I'm not taking any supplements right now but I want to buy a shitload of stuff in bulk. My goal: simply to add lean muscle mass and minimize fat I put on while I try to grow.
