Alright here it is. I’m 20 years old 6’2 200lbs. I work for a software development company 9-5 M-F. I’m a firefighter/medic every third night for 12 hours and 24 hours if it falls on a Saturday or Sunday. I’m also earning my bachelors degree online which needs about 3-4 hours a day at least. I play hockey 2 times a week for 1 ½ hours plus martial arts 2 times a week for an hour. I’m not “out of shape” but I don’t have the look I want. I’m not going to lie, at this point in time I’m really just trying to look cut and in shape. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. How should I balance cardio with lifting with very limited time? Realistically I only have about 3-4 days a week at most that I can workout. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
