Need some advise on my routine

    Mon: Chest/Tri
    Tue: Abs/Forearms/Calves
    Wed: Back/Bi
    Thur: Abs/Core
    Fri: Shoulders/Legs
    Sat: Abs/Forearms/Calves
    Sun: Rest

    Right now, my shoulders are my weak point...they are pathetic. If I wanted to start working them twice a week, how would I best rework my schedule to do that? Or is that a bad idea to begin with? Does my routine suck? :o

    I would do legs and shoulders by themselves on different days. And you can do calves on one, abs on the other. but who knows. Im sure people will tell you don't hit shoulders more than once a week. If you hit them hard once a week, should be enough
