So I don't build muscle very easily at all, had a lot of trainers and physical therapists and shit tell me that. However, I can build leg muscle pretty easily. I don't lift my calves at all (no calf raises, etc. ) and the only activity I do with them is running. I like my calves the way they are (decent mix of definition and bulk) but based on my genetics (dad, sister) I know if I keep running and stuff they're just gonna keep getting bigger and bigger. Anyway to keep my calves the way they are now?
