yeah, i need to take off some of the padding, i allready know this.
but you faggots told me to bulk, so i am.
youre not squatting or working or hams if you do
ok your calves are small and youre ugly too!
i actualy never work my legs, not a day in my life...
i just wanted to see what i should work on.
Quads look good, calves are slacking.

im a firm believer in spot enlarging. it is much faster to get the results im looking for.
except, not so much.
They aren't very big at all, do some squats, good mornings, and calf raises. You've still got a lot of work to do before you consider cutting.
yeah, 5' 10" at 135 isint the most intimidating of statures.

ive been bulking for about a month, little to no results.
working one muscle at a time so the ones i want bigger, get bigger faster.
