First, I've got one of these sitting in my basement (machine, not the black guy): I'm 5'11'' 190 pounds (very little muscle) during the winter, and usually do only cardio when summer rolls around. Usually I drop to ~160 during summer. This cycle is fucking pointless, and I'm a weak bitch. Anyway, I'm trying to figure out some kind of routine with that machine. I know it's not as good as free weights, but its better than nothing. I really don't feel like embarassing myself at a gym yet. I understand the diet aspect of getting healthy/bulking/cutting. Just need some help when it comes to routine. I'm trying to find a list of possible lifts you can do with it right now... Main thing I'm looking for is an increase in strength and size. Any help?
