I am new to this weightloss stuff - ive never dieted in my life but I hav decided i wud like to loose a stone. I currently weigh 9 + a half stone but i dont know where to start with excersise and diet. I have checked out a few posts on here & you guys really seem to know your stuff so was wondering if you'd be able to make some suggestions?? Im quite a picky eater. Not really a fan of veg unless its green & even then I struggle!!! Im not adverse to getting hot & sweaty but not really sure of the best forms of excersie to do. When i do work out, I tend to get a bit bulky-something id like to avoid as im only 5 foot 4!!!
