Alright I'm an IT Technician and I can't even figure this one out I have an HP Officejet 7130 All in one. With a Jet Direct ( Print Server ) plugged in the back so I don't need to share it. Now, 3 Laptops are connecting to this printer. Naturally with HP in order to use ALL of the features you need to install THEIR software. So I did. It finds the printer, when you reboot, you INSTANTLY lose communication with that printer. Now with Windows SP1 no problems can reboot everything no problems. SP2, Forget it. Printer is gone. Called HP. HP says call microsoft. Not calling Microsoft at $200 per incident. HELP!?!?
