First time hitting the weights in a long time today. To start things off I am 6'5 191. For the last 3 months I have been on a workout routine that included a lot of running combined with body weight exercises (no weights). I am looking forward to putting on some weight so that I can again become an explosive athlete, rather than a weak runner.
