First time hitting the weights in a long time today. To start things off I am 6'5 191. For the last 3 months I have been on a workout routine that included a lot of running combined with body weight exercises (no weights). I am looking forward to putting on some weight so that I can again become an explosive athlete, rather than a weak runner. Here are some pics. Here is what I started out on. Bench 155x8 165x6 175x3 Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press 55x8 55x6 55x4 Squat Machine 260x12 300x12 320x12 Tricep Extensions (Supersetted with Dips) 90x12 100x10 110x10 I pretty much just wanted to see where I was at without hurting myself (no spotter). Hopefully these numbers will improve, and I look forward to anything that you guys have to add!
