Go into the gym and head straight for the squat rack This older black guy, in pretty good shape for and old dude, takes the squat rack before I can get to it. He loads up 25 pounds on each side and proceeds to start pumping out bicep curls with pretty bad form. He uses his back alot to get the bar up. He then loads up 10 more pounds on each side and this time he's practically using his back to swing hte bar up . He then loads up 5 more pounds on each side and pumps out 3 reps with the most god awful form. He's now using all his back power, leaning back and swinging the bar up. I'm standing there stretching getting ready to do powercleans thinking to myself . To be equally oppressive to all races I will also mention the very old honkey I saw doing bicep curls. - So I'm resting up for my next set on bench press. I see this old dude fat white dude with skinny ass arms and a fat ass stomach. No muscle at all in his legs and arms and no fat either. But he has a huge belly. He takes a 20-40 pound barbell(couldnt tell really) and proceeds to swing the bar up using his back like the black dude did. Now this is with a 20-40 pound barbell Couldn't help laugh to myself. I usually don't care about other people but this day I just found it awfully funny.
