so what kind of workout are you doing now?
I dunno kinda whatever.
doing the 10-8-6-4-2 deal for bench and squat.
Squat/deadlift day is always changing a little like a CP program. Upper body is Chest/arms and shoulders/Back
Someone else to add on my hate list.
I wish i had an xray of my incident, you would all be not benching anymore
