Srsly though, looking good for 15. What are your numbers like?
arms are near 16"
Bench- 285(maybe a little more havent tried in about a month)
Sqaut -325(pussy i no)

squat-365 (torn ligaments, sublexed patella... my knees are not the best)

good shit dude I wish I paid more attention to diet when I was in high school and didn't just do bench press and pulldowns...

I lifted a lot in high school and was strong, but my diet was never in check so couldn't the develop the way I wish I had.
yes its also fun gettin in looks school weight room(when i go somtimes) doin a 285 bench press, or a 425+ deadlift... esp when im just a puny 15 year old.
