My boxers are getting very tight
Damn good work.
Heres a pic from 25lbs ago, i dont have any upper body bulking pics
Ive never maxed on squats before, yesterday i did 365X6, i guess i would be able to max out in the low 4's
Personally I'd never want my legs that big But that is fucking awesome.

i wish i was still at that bf%, like i said that was 25lbs ago. Im on the 'see food diet', only way i can gain weight with my metabolism. Routine right now is:

And how big do you want to get... you had pretty good size 25lbs ago.
I would like to keep pushin' and see how far i can get naturally. I honestly dont think i will get bigger than 230ish, its hard as hell to gain anymore weight as it is(215lbs currently). Im just gonna keep bulking and see what happens. I also want to fill out more, you can see in that picture that my other arm is kinda like 2D
