And thanks to two phat dinners up from 212 to 215 ftw!!!!one!!!!eleven!!
What the christ, you shoulder press the 90's but DL 315?
Congrats on the PR tho
Shoulder press>5 years
Ah, well if you're new to DLing you should see your numbers jumping up pretty fast.
I would shoot for 405 as a 6 month goal.
Word, 405 is easily attainable, I did that after deadlifting for only 3 months.
Now, I cannot seem to find my strength for it. Kinda odd.
i did/can. thrice.
405 = speed DL
405 10kg less than what i doubled easily yesterday
405 is about all I can do right now without ripping my hamstring in half, yay
werd no one here really does that much.
I saw a fairly large guy doing 425lbs a few days ago...most I have seen anybody do in my gym by far.
That's what I hit last week. Race to 405?
well congrats, but shit: don#t let me beat your PR at ~ 158
6'2 191lbs and rising.
ok den, first one there gets a cookie
P.S. I doubt i'll be there before summer
you could easily deadlift 405 before summer
Do you have secrets? Or just through work and consistency?
405 is easy
its funny because its true
I pulled 315x1.5 @ 144
