Ok, my spring/summer cut is coming along great. Not updating my log cuz I dont want progress pics and whatnot discouraging me. Anyway, last 5-10lbs is always the bitch. I was thinking on going to mostly liquids. Protein shakes with oatmeal flower for carbs. (blending/ground up oatmeal) Controlled fats etc. My only solid food meal being a protein meat (chicken etc) and vegetable serving for dinner. Anyone ever try this shit?
