I pulled 345 today. I was in the gym and just decided to go for a max attampt, I've been DL'ing for a number of months but havent maxed in a while. Decided to start with 315 based on what I've been repping with and I pulled it with surpriing ease (not saying it was easy but it looked like it was goning to be harder then it was) so I decided to step it up a bit and hit 345. Hopeing to break 400 soon and have a eventnual goal of 500. Stats: 6' 175-180 lbs Bench ~205 Squat ~275 Haven't maxed on squats/bench in a while but thats what I'm estimating based on what I rep with. Once I find a serious partner I plan on maxing on both those lifts.
