I have got to admit that doing them on my toes is an extremely humbling exercise.
Yeah they're definitely harder than they look.
I love the ab rolller
Doesn't take many repetitions to fuck you up heh.
it's alright -- you don't absolutely need it.
id like them if it didnt hurt my back so much
I like em. Don't do them very often, and I can only get down so that my arms are at a ~30degree angle or so.
ab roller < tornado ball
especially when fitterfirst sends you a refund because the tornado ball they sold you may be defective
