i wonder if its going to be their new d70 replacement
can't wait to see what canon has in store
OMG you will be disapointed
no its not that bad ... but it was like meh!
so a D70 with 10 megorpixilz
nikon ftl canon ftw
yea yea ... go fist your self
so far only info ive found from it is that its the exact same sensor as the sony alpha and that it has mirror lockup
this is defintly very interesting, cant wait for the eventual price drop of the D200
too bad it still uses the Sony sensor; doubtful the high iso noise performance won't be improved.
id hate to be in Nikon's shoes now..having to rely on Sony's sensor and having Sony as a competitor puts them in some seriously uncomfortable shoes..knowing them they probably saw this coming and have some serious sensor development going on now..if not well things wont look good in the near future
Brand whores FTL
Who made the LBCAST sensor?
I don't think it needs improvement. I've used both the d200 and d70. Have you? Noise isn't really an issue in either of them. Detail retention is another story. Noise isnt the end all determining factor.
nikon of course and it has some serious potential. I cant wait to see what their next offering will be. This cam doesnt really interest me, but its effect on the prices is what I want
I wonder why is that concept so hard for people to understand.
Ive shot everything I can think of and I probably NEED ISO 800+ only like 5% of the time
Blinded by brand loyalty
indoor events..i use iso 1600 and 3200 often enough to make it worth it
Knowing how to balance ambient with flash can be just as useful.
