so, i've kinda got the reputation for fucking around in the kitchen and cooking weird stuff... so, here's my guideline for healthy peanut butter chicken ingredients: chicken breast, natty peanut butter, sesame dressing (you can use any kind of oil, really, but this sesame dressing is really tasty) nutrition info on the sesame dressing not so bad, eh? first, you're gonna want to mix the peanut butter and sesame dressing together in a container big enough to hold the chicken. heat the peanut butter... it makes it easier to mix with the dressing (oil). once mixed, the peanut butter and oil will separate if you leave them sitting, but they won't be difficult to mix back together cut the chicken breast(s) (thawed) into strips and add to the peanut butter mixture. i let mine marinate overnight, but it's really a personal call this is what the chicken and sauce looks like in the container and in the pan cooking... you can spray the pan with pam or non-stick stuff if you want, but the peanut butter and oil should keep the chicken from sticking (if it's coated)... the temperature on the stove should be set at high or medium-high... if the chicken turns black, that doesn't mean it's burnt... it's just the peanut butter. flip the chicken and try to get it brown on both sides. reduce heat to medium-low and let the chicken cook all the way through finished product... tastes great... it'll be perfect on top of a salad for lunch there you have it, kiddies! peanut butter chicken, a way to break up the monotony of chicken breast without sacrificing much (if any) nutritional value enjoy!
