The last pic is incredible. Didn't he say in his log that he wants to gain MORE mass ?

is he still following the Get Shredded Diet? (along with the other helpers..)
Anyone know the specifics of his diet?
I know at first it was basically get him down to normal calorie intake and drop the fast food. But that could only take him so far. I wonder what hes doing now?

a lot of it is private work that he won't discuss because its between him and his nutritionists.
but he posts updates in his log every so often
His new diet will be somthing along the lines of this:
8:00am - 2 cups egg whites, 2 packs oatmeal, bagel with low sugar jelly, 3 rice cakes, coffee, fruit.
10:00am - 1 defranco bar, fruit
11:30am - 1 protein shake, fruit, steal oats
1:00pm - 6 oz chicken breast, 2 cups rice, vegetables, 3 rice cakes
3:00pm - shake with bagel or 3-4 rice cakes (yes, I eat alot of these because they are so easy)
5:00pm - 6 oz red meet, pasta, bread or rice, vegetables
7:00pm - steal oats and shake
9:00pm - 2 protein bars
11:00pm - shake with 1 cup egg white
Late night - one more shake.

no, it says steal oats. looks more like a to-do list than a nutitional guide.

I just can't believe that he's put on THAT much mass on that diet. Calories seem relatively low for someone so goddamn massive.
Surviving long enough to see his children grow up.
He was at best a few years away from MAJOR heart problems.
I'm guessing the 2g's a week of shit has something to do with it
Still impressive either way and a hell of a transformation.
