about 180-185.. couldnt really tell you real numbers. i dont DL and i havnt done the squat or bench in awhile.
front squat best: 165x2
db incline: 70x5
when i did DL (before back shit): 300

meh. not happy with how i look but i dont know if i'll ever be. i'm not happy with the BF i have but i'm definatly no where close to being happy with size. soooo

alot of that time was spent cutting though, i was a fat 220 (with a max bench of 85lbs) before. i just started bulking properly last summer because i was afraid to get fat again.
don't be afraid of the weights and a proper diet...anyone has the ability to get the body they want.

Your triceps and back look pretty good, toss in some more forearm work though
