Last time I was able to do 325lbs was a year ago at 178lbs. Today I did 335lbs at 174lbs bodyweight. And it was a pretty easy single at that. And I've been on maintenance calorically, just cleaning up my macros before I start seriously cutting. While I'm always trying to get stronger, my strength only really goes up around this time of the year when I'm not on a caloric deficit.
