Whats a good n00b/first timer squat number? 135lbs on smith?
I hit a PR too 3x205...squatting for 3 months = lose, especially if you don't take advantage of newbie gains
Thats why i'm currently on a 1 month hiatus.
Well, not really by choice, but I sure do hope to get my noob gains back.
if you used a smith then you did not squat, plain and simple.....
I almost had 505 yesterday.....cut it about an inch above parrallel ....it would have passed in the IPA/WPO but one of the guys at the gyms nickname is "Red Light", the fucker is strict as shit but thats what this sport needs
my PR so far is 275x5, hopefully I can break 300 soon.
im finally getting back to normal after a back injury a few months ago. 315 x 5 yesterday, hopefully i'll be past where i was pre-injury soon
